Taylors Mill Trademark and Brand Use Policy

“Taylors Mill” is a registered U.S. service mark (Registration No. 5577510) owned by Taylors Mill Development, LLC, covering real estate services related to leasing and management of commercial property within the historic Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works site in Taylors, South Carolina.

The Taylors Mill name, logo, and associated brand assets represent the property and its community. To maintain consistency and protect the integrity of the brand, use of the “Taylors Mill” name or logo in any promotional materials, signage, event marketing, products, or digital media requires prior written authorization from Taylors Mill Development, LLC.

Permitted use examples (with authorization):

• Partner marketing that references the location at Taylors Mill

• Event promotion materials approved by Taylors Mill Development

Prohibited without authorization:

• Commercial use of the “Taylors Mill” name or logo by non-tenants

• Merchandise or products bearing the Taylors Mill mark

• Use that implies sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement without consent
