Kenneth Walker to Caleb Lewis

Kenneth Walker purchased the property at the front of the Taylors Mill in 2006, consisting of a few outbuildings. In 2008, intrigued by the opportunity to provide affordable space, Kenneth acquired the main structure of the Taylors Mill. He envisioned renting spaces to small businesses looking for a low-rent options to run their businesses, but didn't foresee the demand among artists and craftsmen for space.

Kenneth guided the process of redevelopment until the summer of 2015, when he sold the primary structure of the Taylors Mill to Taylors Mill Development, LLC , which is currently owned and operated by Caleb Lewis. Lewis has continued the work of providing affordable space in Taylors for small business, creatives, industrial applications, and everything in between. The Taylors Mill has continued to add new anchor tenants, including 13 Stripes Brewery, The Farehouse, The Blue Ox Hatchet House, Model Trains Station, EP+Co’s Maker Space, Southern Bleachery’s Venue, and others.
